Actionable Insights are 'items of activity' that can be executed by the customer to either avoid or go towards a particular outcome.
These 'items of activity' are brought to the customer's attention as a result of their Continuous Health Status, which takes into account their Genome, Predisposition to Health Risks, Traits and Wellness, and Phenotypic Data-points.
'Items of activity' could be anything from the amount of coffee the customer is supposed to drink to the type of exercise that would give the customer the most optimal results. They will be laid out for the customer to execute in their own time—Actionable Insights contain the activity to be performed and the output that it would produce.
They also help in avoidance of health risks that may have been flagged up by Continuous Health Status.
